In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the cfc4d website accessible at cfc4d.lat, including all sub-pages, betting interfaces, casino lobbies, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications or services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the cfc4d registration process.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is authorised to access cfc4d's services in accordance with these Terms.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stakes placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, card game, or other betting product available on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the Rupiah (IDR) funds held in a Player's cfc4d Account at any given time, including deposited funds, credited bonuses (subject to applicable wagering requirements), and settled winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin allocation, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account in accordance with a specific cfc4d promotion, and subject to the Bonus Terms detailed in Clause 5.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by cfc4d prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal request, including submission of government-issued photographic identification and proof of address.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law or cfc4d's internal compliance policy.

To be eligible to register and use the cfc4d Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are an individual aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
2. You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or jurisdiction.
3. You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction or acting on behalf of a person resident in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of any business entity or third party.
5. You do not have an existing active or suspended Account on the cfc4d Platform. cfc4d enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances forfeited.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from the cfc4d Platform or had an Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
7. You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, agent, or family member of a cfc4d employee or associated business partner.

cfc4d reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time to confirm a Player's eligibility. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or providing false information to circumvent them, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds in accordance with Clause 11.

To access cfc4d's betting and gaming products, you must create a single registered Account by completing the registration form accurately and in full. During registration, you are required to provide the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth (to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Valid email address (used for account communications and verification)
• Mobile telephone number
• Preferred payment method and associated account details (for deposit and withdrawal processing in Rupiah)
• A unique username and a strong password of your choosing

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, current, and complete. cfc4d is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information. You are responsible for promptly updating your Account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cfc4d will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact cfc4d Support immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on the cfc4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cfc4d does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported Indonesian payment channels.

Supported payment methods currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. cfc4d reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion; any such changes will be communicated via the Platform.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to your Balance within minutes of confirmed receipt by cfc4d's payment processor. cfc4d is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the cfc4d Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. cfc4d targets processing of withdrawal requests within 10–15 minutes for e-wallet transactions (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) and within 15–30 minutes for bank transfer transactions (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga), subject to banking hours and system availability.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Account cashier section and may differ by payment method.
• cfc4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests that trigger internal compliance checks.
• Funds may only be withdrawn once any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied.
• cfc4d does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cfc4d accepts no responsibility.

cfc4d offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BRI Liga 1 season, AFF Cup, Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. All promotions are subject to the following general Bonus Terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

1. One bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method: Promotional offers are available to one eligible Account per person. Attempting to claim the same promotion from multiple Accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
3. Game contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute at a reduced rate, and certain game types may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
4. Bonus expiry: Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the time window stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account automatically.
5. Maximum bet with active Bonus Funds: While Bonus Funds are active in your Balance, a maximum single-bet limit applies (as stated per promotion). Placing bets that exceed this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6. cfc4d's discretion: cfc4d reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to decline or revoke a bonus from any Account that cfc4d reasonably believes is abusing the promotional system.

All bets placed on the cfc4d Sportsbook and casino products are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Platform. cfc4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are void.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to be settled as wins for the full accumulated odds to apply. The rules governing void legs within a mix parlay are set out in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical failure that prevents the correct recording or settlement of a bet, cfc4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.
• cfc4d reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing or settlement errors. If a bet is placed on an incorrectly priced market, cfc4d may void the bet and return the stake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during the event. Bets confirmed prior to a market suspension remain valid unless voided under the error-correction provisions above.
• Settlement of all sportsbook markets will be based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the BRI Liga 1 operator, Badminton World Federation). cfc4d's settlement decisions are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cfc4d Platform. Players found engaging in any of the following activities will be subject to Account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (duplicate accounts), whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage or to obtain winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any activity that may constitute fraud under applicable law.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid compliance checks.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or compromises the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

cfc4d collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at cfc4d.lat/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

cfc4d uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, no digital transmission is entirely without risk, and cfc4d cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

cfc4d will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with regulated payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay), identity verification service providers, and fraud prevention agencies strictly as required to deliver the services described in these Terms.

All content on the cfc4d Platform — including but not limited to the cfc4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of cfc4d or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from cfc4d.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cfc4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cfc4d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond cfc4d's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorised Account access due to compromised credentials.
• Any decisions made by a Player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial commentary.
• Any failures, errors, or delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cfc4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

cfc4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement or provision of false registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a Player's bank or payment provider.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools or to cfc4d Support.
• A legal obligation or regulatory directive requiring cfc4d to restrict a Player's access.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, cfc4d reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance, including any pending winnings. Where an Account is closed at a Player's own request (other than for self-exclusion), any real-money Balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC.

cfc4d is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling. cfc4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cfc4d will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will indicate the effective date of the revision at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

cfc4d recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes that may affect their rights and obligations.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law and the internal compliance framework of cfc4d as an internationally operated platform.

cfc4d operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform under international licensing and regulatory standards. The Platform uses SSL Encryption and Certified Fair Play certification from independent auditing bodies to ensure game integrity and data security. For the avoidance of doubt, cfc4d does not represent that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction; it is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with cfc4d Support shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Players agree to submit to this dispute resolution mechanism as their exclusive remedy against cfc4d.

cfc4d aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, cfc4d will provide interim updates to the Player at regular intervals until resolution.
